I get sonned for leaving that out, this playlist gets sonned for trying to make a top ten list without BOTH of those openers.
I love "A Million..." but would have to give "...Hustle" higher status because it is a full-fledged song, single quality. But both are deservedly top-tens.
When you break it down, is Jay-Z the GOAT of album Intros? With the help of sick production, he kills this aspect of album making. Let's look at this FUEGO list:
"Can't Knock the Hustle"
"A Million and One Questions"
"Intro" (Vol. 3)("Roll your windows down... I don't care if it's in the middle of winter")
"Dynasty Intro," Dynasty (Like Stevie Wonder with beads under the du-rag/ Intuition is there even when my visions impaired/ Yeah")
true cant knock the hustle would have been a good look but this list is solid. nick, first kooks album was in like 2007. besides that song is in the wrong place (on the album) anyway.

Ummm..."Do you want to go to the seaside?"
Negative on all accounts.
Disagree with this list entirely.
"Can't Knock the Hustle," anyone? That might be the best opener to any album, EVER.
Feel you AF. Also, on the topic of Jay-Z, what about A Million and One off of Volume 1? Can't fux with that opener.
Oh Em Eff Gee!
"A Million and One Questions!"

"A Dream" BP2
Pretty Solid List.

Yea I noticed that I completely ignored the whole "90's" thing. But whatever. As far as album intros go...top notch.
