On December 12th, there will be a limited release of Steven Soderbergh's epic movie of Che Guevara, "Che," (actually broken into two movies, "The Argentine," and "Guerilla"). It will be playing only that day, at the Ziegfield theater, at 1pm and 7pm. The real release date is January 29th, but they are releasing the movie on the 12th in order to be eligible for Oscar consideration. I actually don't even want anyone else to know because I want to get tickets, so forget I said anything. Also, you have to actually know something about his life before you see the movie and you are not allowed in if it can be proven that you have ever bought any clothing with his visage on it. Here's the trailer:

1-3 odds for Best Picture. So hyped. But, what is a Che?
Good Question Name...
Well, you see, "Che," is actually a Spanish term, used mostly in Argentina (back then, probably not anymore), that means "Hey You" (Or something like that).
This began when Che was the sole Argentine amongst a group of Cubans who signed-on to help Fidel fight against the evil regime of Fulgencio Batista. The Cubans did not immediately accept Che due to the fact that he was a foreigner that technically had no direct interest in freeing Cuba.
Any other questions? I would be happy to oblige.
Oh okay. I was just wondering. Is Benicio the bad guy or the good guy in the movie? Does it take place in Mexico?
let me step in RA. benicio plays every part. the movie was shot on location in finland.
Oh so Che is a fictional character from Finland. I get it now. Thanks for the clarification.
