Yesterday, Mark Sanford, Gov. of South Carolina, went on CNN to rep his boy McCain and ended up slaying himself on live television. This McCain surrogate, and hopeful VP (not anymore, buddy), got asked a fairly simple question by Wolf Blitzer regarding McCain's economic policy.
The question?
The difference between the Bush Administrations failed economic policy and his proposal. Now...granted I just came off a two week bender, however, even your boy knows this one should have been a no-brainer. At least as far as bullshit goes.
For weeks, the Obama camps' rhetoric has been centered around the theory that a John McCain presidency would mean four more years of Bush. Anyone who has turned on a TV, listened to a radio, or used a computer recently, knows this. So, that being said...here's how it should have played out:
O.K., ready Gov. Sanford? You're about to go on national TV to support McCain. Here are your talking points:
1. Know the difference between John McCain's proposed policies and those of the two Bush terms.
That's it kiddo.
Just watch the clip, post a comment, and realize that You Are Wildin' if you go on TV unprepared.
